– Unclip air duct -1- from charge air cooler.
– Remove bolts and nut -1 … 3- and take out charge air cool-
er.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the follow-
ing:
♦ Hose connections and hoses for charge air system must be
free of oil and grease before assembly.
♦ Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose
clips (same as original equipment) ⇒ Parts catalogue.
– Install bumper cover (front) ⇒ Rep. Gr. 63.
Tightening torques
1.7 Removing and installing charge air pres-
sure sender -G31-
Removing
– Unplug electrical connector -arrow- at charge air pressure
sender -G31-.
– Remove bolts and pull charge air pressure sender -G31- out
of connection.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the follow-
ing:
Renew O-ring.
