[MessagePolicy_BodyListType]
Determines the policy for the defined SIP body.
 [0] Policy Blacklist =The specified SIP body (in the
'Body List' field) is rejected by the policy.
 [1] Policy Whitelist = (Default) The specified SIP body
(in the 'Body List' field) is allowed by the policy.
