Profile
[IPProfile]
a set of parameters (which are typically configured separately using their
individual "global" parameters). You can later assign these IP Profiles to Tel-to-
IP routing rules (Prefix parameter), IP-to-Tel routing rules and IP Groups.
The format of this parameter is as follows:
