2. Configure the settings, as described in Table 57: MSS Settings on page 218.
Table 57: MSS Settings
Field Description
Enable Select Yes to enable MSS. This is the default
value.
It can be disabled for interoperability purposes.
Display Participants Name Select Yes to display the participant names and
icons in the overlay over the video (continuous
presence layout). This is the default value.
Default Layout Select from:
• Automatic. This is the default value.
• 1 (terminal)
• 2 (terminals)
• 3 (terminals)
There may be variations to this list, depending
on your deployment.
This is the layout used for the continuous
presence composition of the remote videos. It is
also optionally used for self-view video.
Note:
To change the layout during a meeting,
you can also use the Call Panel >
Meeting Options > Layouts menu.
