12. Click Send to send an email to the indicated user and open the All Endpoints page, or
click Skip to proceed directly to the All Endpoints page.
13. The endpoint is added to the All Endpoints table, with a blue “clock” icon indicating that
the endpoint is pre-provisioned, and will receive the configuration after the insertion of the
full service code in the quick setup wizard at first start up. The ‘envelope’ icon enables you
to send a notification email to the specified user.

If the endpoint has been post-provisioned (that is, only a server service code was provided
by Avaya Meetings Management with the endpoint, with no endpoint service code), the
endpoint displays in the table with a red “clock” icon. This icon indicates that the endpoint
is not yet provisioned and needs the Avaya Meetings Management administrator to
configure it.
