7.5.2 Thruster mode with proportional thrusters
Proportionally controllable bow and stern thrusters can
distribute the available thrust between bow and stern.
The amount of thrust is determined by how far the joystick is
moved to the side. When it is moved forward in addition, the
thrust of the bow thruster remains unchanged while the thrust
of the stern thruster is reduced the more the joystick is moved
