Carriage Placement on Frame Assembly: Alternate Method
8) As the Forklift operator moves forward, the other person on that side should guide the Cable
Carrier into the Trough.
9) The Forklift operator is to lower the Carriage until ALL the Carriage Rollers are setting
squarely on top of the Exit Rails which should be confirmed by a person on each side of the
Frame Assembly.
Lower the Carriage until the two
Rollers on each side of the Carriage
are squarely on the Exit Rails.
Move the Carriage forward and
have a person guide the Cable
Carrier into the CAT Track Trough.
