Installing the Inverter
Step2 Ground Connection
Locate the ground terminal and connect an appropriately rated ground cable to the terminals.
Refer to 1.5 Cable Selection on page 7 to find the appropriate cable specification for your
installation.
Note
• 200 V products require Class 3 grounding. Resistance to ground must be < 100Ω.
• 400 V products require Special Class 3 grounding. Resistance to ground must be less
than < 10 Ω.
Make sure to install ground connection between the equipment and the motor for safe
use. Otherwise it may cause an electrical shock and result in personal injury or even death.
Connect the other ends of the ground cables to the supply earth (ground) terminal.
