are in compliance with the following essential requirements of the
Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 - (2008 No. 1597).
The incomplete machine is further in compliance with all provisions of the
Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 (2016 No. 1101) and the
Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016 (2016 No. 1091).
The incomplete machine may only be put into operation when it has been determined that the machine in which the
incomplete machine is to be installed is in compliance with the provisions of the
Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 - (2008 No. 1597).
The manufacturer is obligated to electronically submit the specific documentation for the incomplete machine to the
authorities of individual member states upon request.
The specific technical documentation associated with the machine has been created in accordance with Annex VII Part
B.
