5.1.1 Operation with control unit
Operating manual of the control unit
— Pay attention to all the instructions and safety regulations contained in
the operating manual of the control unit in the appendix.
5.1.2 Operation without control unit
NOTICE!
Power consumption during operation
The power consumption must not permanently exceed 11 A*
for operation without a control unit.
— Otherwise, malfunctions or even lasting damage to the wedge
wire screen and the motor may occur.
Check the current consumption of the gear motor at the Bioselect
at all times during the break-in period.

NOTE!
When the power consumption of the drive exceeds the limit
of 11 A*:
Reduce the inlet pressure, e.g. by
— reducing the frequency of the pump drive if the feed pump is
connected,
— putting the Bioselect in a higher position in case of gravity
feed operation, if necessary.

NOTE!
When the power consumption of the drive falls below the
limit of 11 A*:
— The inlet pressure, and therefore the output, can be increased
correspondingly.
