5.2 Complete commissioning
The Börger machine can be operated properly when all functions
run correctly and no leaks are detected.

5.3 Continuous operation
NOTICE!
Risk of material damage due to imbalances!
Persistent encrustations of substrate residue between the
brush auger and the wedge wire screen can result in the
wedge wire screen being deformed and permanently dam-
aged by the rotation of the brush auger when put back into
operation.
Foreign bodies (e.g. stones) can damage the filter and the
rotation lock.
Check for smooth running!
Ensure that no imbalances are caused by improper cleaning,
substrate residue or foreign bodies.

Börger separators are suitable for continuous operation.
