Unlike the <A> Scene Intelligent Auto mode where the camera sets
everything, the <C> Creative Auto mode enables you to easily change
the depth of field, drive mode, and flash firing.
You can also choose the ambience you want to convey in your images.
The default settings are the same as the <A> mode.
* CA stands for Creative Auto.

Set the Mode Dial to <C>.

Press the <Q> button. (7)
X The Quick Control screen will appear.

Set the desired function.
Press the <V> key to select a
function.

guide (p.48) will be displayed.

Take the picture.
Press the shutter button completely to
take the picture.
C Creative Auto Shooting
If you change the shooting mode or turn the power switch to <2>, the
functions you have set on this screen will revert to their default setting.
However, the self-timer and remote control settings will be retained.
