Theattachmentquickcouplersystemandcouplerbucketwillgiveyourmachineincreasedversatilityandfunction.
Theeaseofcoupling,combinedwitharemotelockingcontrolallowsforasingleoperatortohandletheattachment
couplinganduncouplingoperationwithoutspecialtoolsandwithoutleavingthecab.
DONOToperateorpermitanyonetooperateorservicethemachineand/orattachmentsuntilyouortheotherper-
sonshavereadandunderstoodthesafety,operationandmaintenanceinstructionsinthismanual.Useonlytrained
operatorswhohavedemonstratedtheabilitytooperatethemachinecorrectlyandsafely.Thewheelloaderwiththe
attachmentquickcouplersystemandbucketisintendedtobeusedfordiggingandgeneralearthmovingpurposes
suchaslandleveling,truckloading,andmaterialrehandling.

Alwaysinspectthecouplerlockingpinextensionbe-
foreoperatingthemachine.Positionthelockingpinsin
youreldofvision,andmakecertaintheyareengaged
properly.

Improperlylockedattachmentsmayreleaseandcould
resultindeathorseriousinjury.
•
Donotattempttoengagetheattachmentwiththelock-
ingpinsextended.
•
Makecertainthatthelockingpinsandconnectionsare
freeofdirtormudbeforeattemptingtoengageand
disengagetheattachment.
•
Donotextendorretractthecouplerlockingpinswith
theattachmentonthegroundorinthedumpposition.
•
Ifanydamageisvisibleonthecouplerorattachment
points,donotoperateorattachthebucket.
•
Neverstandunderanattachmentorallowotherstodo
so.Donotallowanyoneunderelevatedloads.
•
Donotliftloadsorpushmaterialswiththecouplerwith-
outanattachment.Thiscancausedamagetothecou-
plercomponents.
•
Checkcoupleroperationperiodicallyforanyunusual
movementand/ornoise.
•
Inspecthydraulichosesforanyleaksordamage.
•
Visuallyinspectweldsandmakeanyrepairsasneces-
sary.
•
Checkforanyloosebolts.T orqueasrequired.
•
Donotmodifythemachineorattachments.Suchmod-
icationscandamageand/oraffecttheintegrityofthe
attachmentandcanalsoaffectsafetyandfunctionof
theattachmentand/ormachine.
•
Checkallcontrolsinaclearareaandmakecertainthe
machineisoperatingcorrectly.
