1.Afterchangingthetransmissionoilandthetransmis-
sionlter,locatethebreatheronthetopofthetrans-
mission.Spinthebreatherafewtimes.Changethe
breatherlter,ifequipped.
2.Ifthebreatherisdifculttospin,followsteps3and4.
3.Removethebreather.Cleanthebreatherwithsolvent
anddrywithcompressedair.
4.Installthebreather.
5.Checktheoillevelatthesightgauge.
6.Starttheengine,andcheckforoilleaksaroundthe
transmissionlterandthedrainplug.
7.Bringthetransmissionoiluptoworkingtemperature,
andcheckthelevelagain.
