Hydraulicuidisunderextremepressure.Restthebucketorattachmentontheground.Shutthe
engineoff,turnthekeyon,andmovethehydrauliccontrolleverthroughallmovementsseveraltimes
torelieveresidualpressureinthesystem.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.

Drainwaterfromthehydraulicsystemevery1000hoursoronceayear,whicheveroccursrst.(Inhumidclimates,
increasedfrequencymayberequired).
Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelgroundinneutralwiththeparking
brakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredtotheground.
1.Stoptheengine.Puta“DONOTOPERATE”tagonthe
steeringwheelorthekeyswitch.
2.Pushdownonthebrakepedalaminimumof30times
todischargecompletelytheaccumulators.
3.RelievethepressureintheRidecontrolaccumulator
(ifequipped)withthemanualbleedervalvelocatedon
thetopoftheridecontrolvalve.Removetheplugand
turnthevalvetwoturnscounter-clockwise.
4.WiththeignitionkeyintheONposition,cyclethe
bucket/attachmentcontrolleversrepeatedlythrough
theircompleterangeofmotionforatleast30s.
5.Movethehydrauliccontrollertotheoatposition,and
turnthekeyoff.
6.Locatethehydraulicoilremotedrain.Useasuitable
containertocollectthewater.
7.Removethepluganddrainthesediment/wateraccu-
mulatedinthedrainhose.Installthedrainplug.
8.Addhydraulicoilifnecessary.
