Replacethehydraulicoillterevery2000hoursormorefrequentlywhenoperatingconditionsaresevere.
Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelgroundinneutralwiththeparking
brakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredtotheground.
1.Releasepressureinthehydraulicsystem.Installthe
transport/servicelinkintothelockedposition.
2.Slowlyloosenthellercaponthehydraulicreservoirto
releaseanyresidualpressureinthereservoir.Leave
thellercaplooseduringtheprocedure.
3.Turntheltercounterclockwisetoremove.Lubricate
thegasketandthreadsofthenewlterwithcleanhy-
draulicuidandinstall.Aftertheltermakescontact
withthelterheadtighten1/2to3/4turns.
4.Tightenthecaponthehydraulicreservoir.

5.Starttheengineandrunat1000RPM.Haveanassis-
tantcheckforleaksaroundthelterarea.Stoptheen-
gineandcheckthehydrauliclevel.Topoffifnecessary.
