Checktheengineairlterperiodicallyfordirtanddebrisbuildup.Replacethesecondaryengineairlterevery2000
hoursoreachyear,whicheveroccursrst.
Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelground,inneutralwiththeparking
brakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredtotheground.
NOTE:itisrecommendedtoperformthereplacementoftheprimaryengineairlterandthesecondaryengineair
lteratthesametime.
NOTE:Replacethesecondaryengineairltermoreoftenifconditionssorequire.
1.Lowerthebucket/attachmenttothegroundandinstall
thetransport/servicelinkintothelockedposition.
2.Raisetheenginehoodtoaccesstheengineairlters.
Theengineairlterislocatedontheleft-handsideof
themachine,behindthemainenginecompartment.

3.Releasethefourclipsthatsecuretheltercover.
Removethecover

4.Removetheprimarylterelement.Usethehandleto
pulltheelementupandstraightoutofhousing.
NOTE:removeextradebrisandwipetheinsideofthelter
housingwithacleanclothbeforeinstallingnewlterele-
ments.
