Replacethetransmissionoillterevery1500hoursormorefrequentlywhenoperatingconditionsaresevere.
Shortentheserviceintervalsinsevereapplicationswhichinvolverunningthetorqueconverterunderhighloadfor
morethan25%ofoperationtime.Applicationsincludebasementdiggingorlandclearing.
Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelground,inneutralwiththeparking
brakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredtotheground.
NOTE:itisrecommendedtochangethetransmissionoilwhenyoureplacetheengineoillter.
1.Lowerthebucket/attachmenttothegroundandlockthe
hydraulicfunctionsofthemachine.
2.Putthetransport/servicelinkintothelockedservice
positiontoavoidunexpectedarticulationmovements.
Stoptheengine.
3.Cleantheareaaroundthelterhead.
4.Removethelter.
5.ApplyalmofcleanCASEAKCELANEXPLORE™
FLUIDtothegasketofthenewlterandinstall.Make
surethatthepropercontactismadewiththebase.
6.Cleanthetransmissionbreatherandreinstall.Seethe
transmissionbreathercleaningprocedure.Rellwith
cleanCASEAKCELANEXPLORE™FLUID.
7.Checktheoillevelatthesightgauge.
8.Starttheengineandcheckforoilleaksaroundthelter
anddrainplug.
9.Bringthetransmissionoiluptoworkingtemperature,
andcheckthelevelagain.
