Replacetheengineoillterwhenthemachineisnewandthehourmeterregisters100hours.
Replacetheengineoilevery500hoursthereafterormorefrequentlywhentheengineoperatingconditionsaresevere.
Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelground,inneutralwiththeparking
brakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredtotheground.
NOTE:itisrecommendedtochangetheengineoilwhenyoureplacetheengineoillter.
1.Lowerthebucket/attachmenttothegroundandinstall
thetransport/servicelinkintothelockedposition.

2.Raisetheenginehood.
Locatetheoillter(1)ontheleft-handsideofthema-
chine.
Cleantheareaaroundthelterofdirtanddebris.

3.Turnthelterhousing(1)counterclockwisetoremove.
Removeanddiscardthelterfollowinglocalenviron-
mentalandwasteregulations.
4.ApplyathinlayerofcleanCASEAKCELAUNITEK
NO.1™SBLCJ-4tothenewltergasket.
NOTICE:neverusealterwrenchtoinstallanewlter.
5.Turnthenewoillterontothebaseuntilthegasket
makescontactwiththebaseandthenturnbyhandan
additional3/4turn.
