keybeforeservicing.Alwaysworkinawell-ventilatedarea.Cleanupspilledfuelimmediately.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.

Replacethefuelpre-lterwhenthemachineisnewandthehourmeterregisters100hours.
Replacethefuelpre-lterevery500hoursthereafterormoreoftenifconditionssorequireoriffuelqualityispoor.
Prioroperation:
Parkthemachineonarm,levelsurface.Lowertheattachmenttotheground.Applytheparkingbrake,andinstall
thetransportservicelinktopreventunexpectedarticulationmovements.
Drainfuelpreltercondensation
1.Opentheenginehood.Locatethepre-lteronthe
right-handsideofthemachine.
2.Removetheconnector.Openthedrainvalveonthe
fuelpre-lterbyturningcounterclockwisetwoorthree
turns.Drainthewaterand/orcontaminantsfromthe
pre-lterintoasuitablecontaineruntilcleanfuelows.
Donotallowfueltospillonengineorground.
3.Turnthepre-ltercounterclockwisetoremove.
4.Replacewithanewpre-ltercartridge,turningclock-
wiseuntilthecartridgemeetsthepre-lterhead.Hand
tightenrmlyinplace.Donotuseawrenchtotighten.
Replacetheconnectoratthebottomofthepre-lter.
5.Usethepumpatthetopofthepre-ltertobleedairfrom
thefuelsystem.Pumpuntilfuelowsoutofthebleed
screwwithoutairbubbles.
