Drainwaterandsedimentfromthefuelpre-lterasrequired.Incertaingeographicregionsandclimates,itmaybe
necessarytodraincondensationmorefrequently.
Prioroperation:
Parkthemachineonarm,levelsurface.Lowertheattachmenttotheground.Applytheparkingbrake,andinstall
thetransportservicelinktopreventunexpectedarticulationmovements.
Drainfuelltercondensation
1.Opentheenginehood.Locatethepre-lteronthe
right-handsideofthemachine.
2.Removetheconnector.Openthedrainvalveonthe
fuelpre-lterbyturningcounterclockwisetwoorthree
turns.Drainthewaterand/orcontaminantsfromthe
pre-lterintoasuitablecontaineruntilcleanfuelows.
Donotallowfueltospillonengineorground.
3.Closethedrainvalve.Reconnecttheelectricalcon-
nection.Checkforleaks.
NOTE:ifitisnecessarytobleedthefuelsystem,usethe
attachedpumpandthebleedscrewatthetopofthepre-
lterhousing.
