7-MAINTENANCE
Emissionswarrantydoesnotcover
•
Repairsarisingfromstoragedeterioration,failuretomaintaintheequipment,negligence,alteration,improperuse
oftheequipment,collisionorotheraccident,vandalism,orothercasualty,oroperationbeyondratedcapacityor
specication.
•
Repairsarisingfromabuseorneglect,includingbutnotlimitedto:operationwithoutadequatecoolantorlubricants,
adjustmentstothefuelsystemoutsideequipmentspecications,over-speeding,improperstorage,starting,warm-
up,orshutdownpractices,incorrectfuelorcontaminatedfuel,oilorotheruids.
•
Normalmaintenanceservices,suchasenginetune-ups,enginefuelsystemcleaning,checks,adjustments,shim-
ming,etc.
•
Itemsreplacedduetocustomerdemand.
•
Laborchargesperformedbyanyoneexceptadealerauthorizedbycontracttorepairtheequipment,unlessthey
qualifyunderspecialprovisions(i.e.outsidelabor).
•
Anyandalltravelcostsforitemssuchastowing,servicecalls,ortransportingaunittoandfromtheplacewhere
thewarrantyserviceisperformed.
•
Normalmaintenancecosts,includingbutnotlimitedto:lubricants,coolants,uids,fuel,lters,andassociatedlabor.
Lubricants,lters,andcoolantsmayqualifyforwarrantyreimbursementiftheyrequirereplacementasaDIRECT
RESULTofadefectinmaterialorworkmanship.

Claimsinvolvingtheinspectionorreconditioningofunitsafterstorageorprioruse.
•
RepairsarisingfromserviceperformedbyagentsnotapprovedbyCASECONSTRUCTION.
•
Repairsarisingfromanyunauthorizedmodicationtotheproductortheuseofnon-CASECONSTRUCTIONparts,
implementsorattachments.
•
Removal,replacement,orinstallationofnon-CASECONSTRUCTIONoptionalequipment,attachmentsorcom-
ponents.
•
Premiumschargedforovertimelaborcostsoroutofshopexpenses.
•
Economiclossincludinglostprots,croploss,equipmentrental,orotherexpense.
•
Unauthorizedmodicationorupdatingmachineswithoutawarrantablefailure.

Anyandallcostsofdealershopsuppliesincurredwithrepairs,includingbutnotlimitedto:solvents,cleaners,
anti-seizelubricants,LOCTITE®loctite,sealant,adhesive,oil-dry,shoptowels,etc.

Failureofthemachine,itsimplementsorattachmentscausedbyimpropereldapplicationorloading.
•
Anyandallcostsforcoolant,fuel,orlube(oil)analysisincludingsuppliesandlabrecommendations.
•
Costassociatedwithcleaningofmachineinpreparationforservicing.
