1.Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.
Parkthemachineonlevelground,inneutralwiththe
parkingbrakeappliedandtheattachmentloweredto
theground.Engagethehydraulicfunctionslock-outto
neutralizethehydraulicow.
2.Placethetransportation/servicelinkintheservicepo-
sitioninordertopreventunexpectedarticulationmove-
ments.
3.Locatethetransmissionoillevelsightgaugeonthe
left-handsideofthemachine.
4.Ventilateproperlytoreducethedeadlyexhaustfumes.
Ifyouhavetoperformthischeckinanenclosedarea,
makesurethereisventilationtoreplacetheexhaust
fumeswithfreshair.
5.Checkthetransmissionoillevelatidlespeedwiththe
oiltemperatureof65–70°C(149.0–158.0°F).Theoil
levelmustbebetweenthebottomandtopofthecross
hatchregion.
