Service Log
This feature can be used during troubleshooting, at the request of CETAC
Service & Support.
To save a service log:
1 On the Tools menu, click Save Service Log.
2 Select the name of the file.
The file is saved in a proprietary format (.XPSRZ).
3 Email the file to CETAC Service & Support.
