Viewing Network Printers
To view network printers
1. Click Network in the main menu, and click the Ports tab.
The Ports page appears.
2. Next to USB, click Edit.
The USB Devices page appears, displaying a list of connected printers.
For each printer, the model, serial number, and status is displayed.
A printer can have the following statuses:
• Initialize. The printer is initializing.
• Ready. The printer is ready.
• Not Ready. The printer is not ready. For example, it may be out of paper.
• Printing. The printer is processing a print job.
• Restarting. The printer server is restarting.
• Fail. An error occurred. See the Event Log for details (Viewing the Event Log
on page
305).
3. To refresh the display, click Refresh.
