The administrator receives a status e-mail giving details such as:
· POSlinq™ middleware transfer to cash box report type
· Terminal ID
· Alert report of recycling units' levels
· Paypod™ pay station inventory
· User ID
· POSlinq™ middleware version
This confirmation e-mail lists different parameters and numbers depending on the customized con-
figuration. It is also possible to configure various e-mails containing different details to be sent to dif-
ferent addresses.
Dispensing minimum banknote stock from recycling units
Most of the applications require a minimum stock of banknotes to remain in the recycling units for the next day. This
minimum stock varies depending on the configuration and is not transferred to the cash box. However, for reconcili-
ation or inventory purposes you should dispense all banknotes to really empty the recycler.

Emptying cash box
To remove, open and empty the banknote cash box cassette you need the interlock sys-
tem key and the cash box key.
The cash box may only be reinserted in empty condition!
Before removing the cash box, please make sure, that you have access
to either the key of the cash box you want to remove or another empty
cash box for replacement purposes.
In order to guarantee that the system's cash box counter is reset you should always empty the cash box by means of
your POS software or the POSlinq™ middleware:
1 If necessary, ensure that all recycling units available are empty (cp. Transferring banknotes from recycling
unit(s) and E24loading unit to cash box and Stock screen ).
2 On the main screen of the POSlinq™ middleware select the Administration tab[A] and then Cashbox Re-
moval[B].
The cash box removal screen is displayed:
3 Tap the Cashbox NOTES icon[C].
