3.1 DWDM XFP Specifications with GFEC
The following is the list of typical 80 km DWDM XFP specifications with OTU2 Generic Forward Error
Correction (GFEC) functionality. The error correction provided by GFEC improves minimum Rx
sensitivity by 3 dB, to -27 dBm from -24 dBm.
