Cylinder / Piston
nspect the twist of cylinder.
Service Limit:0.1mm(0.004in)
Piston
Removal
 Remove the piston pin clips.
 Do not let the clips fall into the crankcase.
 Push the piston pin out and remove the piston.
 Check the piston ring for damage or
deterioration.
 Remove the piston rings.
 Be careful when removing the rings.
 Measure the piston ring-to-groove clearance.
Service Limit:
Top/Second:0.09mm(0.004in)
Oil:0.09mm(0.004in)
 Inspect the piston for damage and wear.

