nspect the twist of cylinder.
Service Limit:0.1mm(0.004in)
Piston
Removal
Remove the piston pin clips.
Do not let the clips fall into the crankcase.
Push the piston pin out and remove the piston.
Check the piston ring for damage or
deterioration.
Remove the piston rings.
Be careful when removing the rings.
Measure the piston ring-to-groove clearance.
Service Limit:
Top/Second:0.09mm(0.004in)
Oil:0.09mm(0.004in)
Inspect the piston for damage and wear.
