Fuel System
 Blow each jet and body pathway with compressed
air, and clean the clogged place.
 Install the needle jet, needle jet holder, main jet
and slow jet. Install the throttle stop screw and
pilot screw.
 After tighten the pilot screw completely, back
it out according to the recorded turns when
removing.
 If installing the new pilot screw, adjust the
pilot screw.
 Install the float valve, float, and float arm pin.
Oil Level Adjustment
 Measure the oil level height in the state of
contacting with float valve and float arm by
inclining the carburetor.
Standard Level:19mm
Tool : Float level gauge
 Check the smooth operation of float.
