position error
The detected encoder response
position does not correspond
to the position specified in
the order.
• Switch the stepper motor to
open loop mode and let it run.
• If the motor is able to operate
normally, it is OK.
• If the motor is unable to
operate normally, the user
should check the drive
component on the stepper
motor PCB and the motor itself.
• After completing the
procedures above, the user
should check the encoder.
• Make sure the connection
and the condition of the
encoder cable are OK.
• Make sure the signal
response on the stepper
motor PCB and the encoder
itself are OK.

overspeed
The system issues this warning
if detecting an abnormal motor
speed via the encoder
response signal.
The method used for checking
is the same as for position error
E-061.

communication
error
The check of the signal
received from the stepper motor
card has failed.
• Check the connection of the
SPI communication cable.

overcurrent
The hardware has detected an
overcurrent.
• Start by checking the motor
first.
• Next, check the resistance
and the sensor reading.
• If the motor is OK, check the
hardware on the stepper
motor card.
