3.11.2 Multi-function Outputs
The Multi-function Outputs will output signals dependent on the condition of the controller or
batteries. As with the Multi-function Inputs, the Multi-function Output pins have been
designed to offer maximum flexibility in the implementation of the scooter feature set and
are programmable using the Wizard.
With the exception of the status output on Pin 10, these functions are not configurable as to
their active state and do not have the ability to be latched. The specific functionality of
each output is explained in the previous sections:
Status Indicator Output (3.10.10)
Beeper Output (3.10.11)
Battery Gauge Output (3.10.12)
Brake and Reversing Lights (3.10.13)
The table below shows the supported functionality for each input pin.

Multi-function Output Pins
If the Deep Discharge Beeper (beep on low battery) is enabled, all pins configured for
'Beeper', 'Status ', or 'Status High/Low' will issue this warning. The warning is a Flash Code 1

Flash Code 1 appears for Flash Code Types: Scooter, R-Series, and Type 3. For Flash Code
Type „Shark‟, the Flash Code is 2; for Flash Code Type „Type 4‟, the Flash Code is 1-4.
