Light Tower Conditions

Manual at Temp – No PCBs
The machine is at Ready state but is not yet processing boards.
Manual at Temp – With PCBs
Machine is at Ready state and boards are in the machine.
Auto Warm Up in Progress
Machine is in the process of reaching Ready State, but is not yet at Ready
state. The components turn On automatically in Auto Start and function
according to recipe parameters.
Auto at Temp – No PCBs
The machine is at Ready state in Auto Mode but is not yet processing boards.
Auto at Temp – WIth PCBs
The machine is at Ready state in Auto Mode and PCBs are in the machine.
Auto Shut Down in Progress
Machine is in a controlled automatic shutdown.
Hard Stop Active
Machine has stopped due to hard stop activation. Everything under computer
control stops immediately.
E–Stop Emergency Shut Down Active
Everything under computer control stops immediately due to an E–Stop being
pushed. Note that the button must be reset (by pulling it out) before power
can be restored to the machine.
Soft Stop Active
The machine is in a controlled shut down due to soft stop alarm activation.
The conveyor operates until boards exit the machine and the blowers function
until the temperature of the oven falls below a user–defined parameter in
Configure > Misc Params. Default is 95° C (203° C).
PCB Transfer Error
SMEMA communications protocol determines a problem transferring a board
either upstream or downstream.
Power Failure
Facility power to the machine is interrupted and the UPS is providing power.
Rail Heater Problem
A PID deviation from the setpoint is detected by the rail heater thermocouple.
High Temp Safety Circuit Tripped
The machine has turned Off due to a high temperature alarm.
