Relative Board The Relative Board count is the number of boards processed since the last Reset.
It is the product of the PCB Multiplier times the number of pulses the photocell
receives when processing boards. It does not reset when the machine is turned
Off. It is recipe-dependent (changing recipes will change the Relative Board count
IF the count is different in the new recipe).
PCBs in Machine PCBs in the machine are the number of machines inside the machine chamber at
any given time. If the Photocell is inadvertently triggered, it is possible to reset
the PCB count to zero (0) by selecting Maint/Diags > Clear all PCBs from the
menu bar at the top of the Process Screen.
ATTENTION
The Conveyor must be On for the PCBs in Machine value to increment. If the
Photocell is triggered when the Conveyor is Off, the value remains the same.
