Cannot save data in the external memory
Select Settings > General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings on the home screen, then select Save/
Forward Settings > Save to Memory Device of Create a folder to save fax data. You cannot use the external
memory unless you set this setting.
❏ Make sure that external memory is write protected.
❏ Make sure that there is enough space in the external memory. It cannot be saved if the remaining space is small.
