6. Tap Save/Forward Destination box.
7. Tap the Print box to set this to On.
8. Tap OK twice to return to the Save/Forward Settings screen.
9. Tap the registered box for which you made a condition setting, and then tap Enable.

Sending Email Notications on the Results of Processing Received Faxes
(Conditional Save/Forward)
You can send an email containing the results of processing the received fax.
1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings > Save/Forward Settings.
3. Select the registered box by tapping
under Conditional Save/Forward.
4. Tap the box under Email

5. Enable the following options as necessary.
Note:
e following options can be selected at the same time.
❏ Notify on Receive: send email to the recipient when the printer has nished receiving the fax.
❏ Notify on Print: send email to the recipient when the printer has
nished
printing the received fax.
❏ Notify on Save: send email to the recipient when the printer has nished saving the received document to
the memory device.
❏ Notify on Forward: send email to the recipient when the printer has
nished
forwarding the received fax.
6. Tap the box under Recipient.
7. Select a recipient from the contacts list.
Note:
You can specify one recipient only.
8.
When you have nished selecting the recipient, tap Close.
9. Tap OK twice to return to the Save/Forward Settings screen.
Sending a Fax from a Computer
You can send faxes from the computer by using the FAX Utility and PC-FAX driver.
