Fuel priming (petrol only, L319-04, L320-05)

Thisroutinewillactivatethefuelpumpandinjectorsforadenedperiodoftime.Airwillberemoved

from the system and replaced by fuel.

Note: The idle speed may be increased for a short period of time when the engine is started.

Fuel Lift Pump Reset (Diesel only, L319, L320, L322*, L316)

Usage

ThisroutineisrequiredandautomaticallycalledwhentheengineECUrmwareisupdatedorremap-

ped. If the learning is not successful or if the pump is replaced, the function should also be used.

Steps

• Starttheroutine

• Uponcompletion,turnthekeytotheo󰀨positionfor20seconds

• Starttheengineandletitrunforafewminutes

*3.6L Engine only

Injector Replacement (L316)

Usage

This routine is used when at least one fuel injector is replaced. Each injector code is entered manually

relative to its position.

Preparation

Each injector code is located on top of the injector. It is recommended to read and note the code(s)

prior to installing the new injector(s).

DPF Pressure Sensor Reset (L316-12)

Usage

This routine is required when:
