Binding the tool will allow usage of certain functions including Online Logs and Sharing when not
connected to the tool without the need to log in.
Locking the tool will prevent other users from connecting to the tool using another mobile device unless
theyenterthedenedpassword.Thiscanalsobedonelaterifneeded.
