High PSI Pump Reset (L316-07)
Usage
This routine is required when:
• Thevolumetriccontrolvalve(VCV)isreplaced
• TheEngineECUrmwareisupdated(orremapped)
• Itcanhelptosolvefueldeliveryissues
Preparation
Make sure the vehicle is in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside. Start the engine.
Do not use this function unless necessary. Low quality VCVs may prevent the ECU from completing
the learning process.
Pilot Correction Learning (L316-07, L319-04 and L320-05)
Usage
This routine will start the real time learning of sensors and actuators behaviours by the engine ECU.
The learning process takes 6 minutes.
This routine is required when:
• Thevolumetriccontrolvalve(VCV)isreplaced
• TheengineECUrmwareisupdated(orremapped)
• TheengineECUisreplaced
• Newinjectorsaretted
• Itcanhelptosolvefueldeliveryissues
Preparation
Make sure the vehicle is in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside. Start the engine and let it run for
the duration of the procedure.
Do not use this function unless necessary.
