5.) Choose archiving span time from the pop-up menu.
6.) If desired, check mark “Remove Local Images after Backup”.
7.) Click the ADVANCED
button if it is desired to adapt archive data.
8.) Select the NEXT
button.
9.) Choose the Destination.
10.)Enter the description of the image backup.
11.)Select the NEXT
button.
12.)To start the backup process click YES

!! NOTICE:
If for example “All images older than” 1 Day is chosen (see Figure 4-25 on page 4-22), images of the
current day will not be archived! However, if you click the [Advanced] button you can put this right.

!! CAUTION:
Voluson™ P8/Voluson™P6 presets, configurations and image settings will not be backed up!
To Backup the Full System Configuration refer to Section 4-5-3 on page 4-17.
