Important:
• Weights are in kilograms.
• Copy patient data before you enter a new
name or ID, otherwise all data
corresponding to the previous patient will
be lost.
• The calculation of tidal and minute
volume is based on entered body weight.
If you omit this data, default values will
be used for ventilation. An automatic
calculation of Tidal Volume (based on
body weight and immediately executed)
will be performed only if the system is
configured for Tidal Volume based on
body weight.
6.5 Select the Type of Ventilation
(Options)
Press Invasive ventilation or NIV (Non invasive
ventilation).
Note: The default values may have been
changed by a previous user.
