Triggers on AC+DC component.

Frequency

rejection

Puts a high-pass filter and rejects the

frequency below 50kHz.

Puts a low-pass filter and rejects the

frequency above 50kHz.

Noise rejection

Rejects noise signal.

Setup Holdoff and Auto level

Background

Holdoff function defines the waiting period before

GDS-2000 starts triggering again after a trigger

point. Auto level function automatically adjusts

the trigger level to the center amplitude of the

waveform.

Panel operation

1. Press the Trigger menu key

twice.

2. To set the Holdoff time,

press F1 (Holdoff) and use

the Variable knob. The

resolution depends on the

horizontal scale.

Range

40ns~2.5s

Pressing F2 (Set to

Minimum) sets the Holdoff

time to the minimum, 40ns.

Note: The holdoff function is automatically

disabled when the waveform update mode is

in Roll or Scan mode (page97).

3. To turn Auto Level On/Off,

press F5 (Auto Level).
