Basic Measurement
This section describes the basic operations required in capturing
and viewing the input signal. For more detailed operations, see the
following chapters.

Channel activation
Activate channel
To activate an input channel,
press the Channel key. The
LED turns On and the input
signal waveform appears on
the display.
De-activate
channel
To disable the channel, press
the Channel key again. If the
display menu is different from
the Channel menu, press twice
(the first press shows the
Channel menu).
Default setup
When the default setup is recalled (Save/Recall
key → F1), Channel 1 automatically turns On.
Channel 2, 3, and 4 becomes Off.
Auto Set
The Auto Set (page49) does NOT automatically
activate the channels to which input signals are
connected.
