PC45 Series Printer User Guide 3
About the Display
The front panel has 3.5 inch full-touch screen that supports touch input with
fingers, gloved hand, or a stylus.
Sleep Timer
The printer is equipped with a Sleep Timer setting that automatically turns off the
display and puts the printer into a low-power state when the printer is inactive for a
defined period of time. The printer is shipped with a default setting to go into Sleep
mode after 15 minutes of idle time. The printer will automatically wake up when a
print job is sent. Refer to System Settings for more information.
Caution: Honeywell recommends keeping the Sleep Timer setting
enabled and not changing the default setting. Changing this
setting to either disable screen timeout or extend the time
before screen timeout may reduce the lifespan of the LCD
display and is considered improper use of the device.
Honeywell will not cover any resulting damages under
warranty or otherwise.
