Print/Feed Button
Use the Print/Feed Button to feed media, pause print jobs, calibrate, test feed, and
print.
Ready Screen
The ready screen appears when the printer is powered on and has completed its
startup process.
By default, the information bar at the bottom of the screen shows the printer com-
mand language and the printer IP address. You can customize the screen to show
different types of information.
The status bar at the top of the screen includes these icons:
Printer State Print/Feed Button Action
Startup Press and hold the Print/Feed button during startup to enter Calibration
mode or to restore defaults if the printhead is lifted.
Ready Press the Print/Feed button to advance the media.
If the print key feature is on, press the Print/Feed button to reprint the last job.
Press and hold the Print/Feed button to calibrate the media sensors.
Printing Press the Print/Feed button to stop or pause printing. The printer stops after
completing the current label.
Paused Press the Print/Feed button to resume printing.
Error Press the Print/Feed button to advance the media.
Icon Name Description
Main Menu Press the icon to view the Main Menu for your printer.
Communications Press the icon to view communications information for your
printer.
Printer Information Press the icon to view specific printer information.
Wireless 802.11 Press the icon to view Wi-Fi connectivity information.
Bluetooth Press the icon to view Bluetooth/Bluetooth LE information for
your printer.
