Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB)
This setup forces a constant voltage to the gate until the gate oxide
breakdowns or a maximum time limit is reached, then calculates the total
forced electric charge.

The measurement ow is as follows:
1. Forces a constant voltage to the gate.
2. Measures gate current by sampling measurement.
3. If gate current exceeds specied threshold, measurement is stopped.
4. Calculates total electric charge that was forced by using a user function
with denition INTEG(Ig, @TIME) .
