2. Insert the nail heads on the left outer rail into the holes in the outer support
lever of the CMA, and pull the CMA out to secure it. See (2) in Figure 3-13.
3. Do the same for the nail heads on the left inner rail and the inner support
lever. See (3) in Figure 3-13.
Step 5 (Optional) If a CMA is installed, route the external cables connected to the server
into the CMA. See Figure 3-14.
