4. Operation
Order to turn power on
Shown below is the recommended order to turn the power on. There should be no problem even
if the order is swapped.
1) Turn ON the power to the peripheral devices such as PLC.
2) Turn ON the control power supply (24 V DC) to ELECYLINDER units.
3) Turn ON the motor drive DC power supply PSA-200.
Turn the control power (L1C-L2C) on first, and then turn the motor drive power (L1-L2) on.
Or, turn them on at the same time.
[Time before turning ON 24 V DC power supply after turning it OFF]
● ELECYLINDER Unit : 1sec or more after turning 24 V DC power supply OFF
● Motor drive DC power supply PSA-200 : 2sec or more after turning 24 V DC power supply OFF
[Time required for ELECYLINDER startup (Power supply to initialization)]

Order to turn power off
Shown below is the recommended order to turn the power off. There should be no problem even
if the order is swapped.
1) Turn OFF the motor drive DC power supply PSA-200.
Turn the motor drive power (L1-L2) off first, and then turn the control power (L1C-L2C) off.
Or, turn them off at the same time.
2) Turn OFF the control power supply (24 V DC) to ELECYLINDER units.
3) Turn OFF the power to the peripheral devices such as PLC.
