5. Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
Capacitor assumed life exceeded warning
● Maintenance Warning 4 should alert you once it reaches the end of the life of the
capacitor mounted on the controller PC board.
● The warning being generated is not stating there is no capacity in the capacitor (dry-up),
however, it is recommended to have the controller PC board replaced as early as
possible.

● ALM1 in the status LED starting to blink shows the capacity has reached its end of life.
→ Refer to 7.1 Troubleshooting Confirmations (4) Check in status LED on motor drive
DC power supply for ALM1 in the status LED.
● The warning being generated is not stating there is no capacity in the capacitor (dry-up),
however, it is recommended to have power supply unit replaced as early as possible.
