Operation failure
[Condition 1] SV/ALM LEDs do not light up

1 The specified power is not supplied. ● Make sure that normal voltage is secured and
wiring processing is correct.
● Also, be sure to check for disconnection or
partial disconnection in connectors and
wiring.

2 The unit is switched to servo OFF with the
teaching tool.
Turn ON the servo with PC software or teaching
pendant.
3 Controller breakdown ● Replace the controller cover assembly.

replacement (page 8-17 to 21 and 22)".
● If the unit still does not recover,
contact IAI.
[Condition 2] SV/ALM LEDs light up red

1 Alarm generated. ● Connect the teaching tool.
● Upon checking the alarm code, resolve the
cause.

2 The stop switch of the teaching pendant
is being pressed.
Release the stop switch.
