2) Loosen the fixing screws (4 pieces) on the screw cover and take off the screw cover.
How to have internal inspection
[Caution]
For S13X/15X, the screw cover is to be attached so it
gets hanged on screw cover support B.
When it is to be taken off, slide the screw cover to the
right direction in the view from the motor opposite side.
